General Regulatory Contribution/Payment

The following miscellaneous contributions are also relevant in operating a business in Malaysia:-

EPF Each and every employer is required to ensure deduction and contribution have been properly made on the wage pay of every employee at least at the minimum prescribed rate and the deduction and contribution shall be made to the Board of Employee Provident Fund.
SOCSO Each and every employer is required to contribute for social security for every wage pay employee under the prescribe regulation.
HRDF Upon attaining the prescribe number of employee, the employer is required to contribute for human resource development fund to ensure a continuing development for the wage pay employee.
PCB Each and every employer is required to ensure deduction have been properly made on the wage pay of every employee at least at the minimum prescribed wage and the deduction and payment shall be made to the Director General of Inland Revenue Board.
